No. You describe the garment and the drafting is done for you. Basic sewing skills are enough to cut and assemble.
Can I send a sketch or a photo?
Yes. Attach a drawing or a photo to your message, with or without words. The chat reads the design, drafts what the catalog covers and says plainly what it cannot do yet. JPEG, PNG and WebP.
Which garments can I make?

Do you use standard sizes?

Do you cover plus sizes?
Yes. Enter your measurements and every piece is drafted for them. The plus-size dress block is its own draft, not a scaled-up standard size. If you start from a size, the table runs to EU 60.
Can I change a pattern after it is built?
Yes. Keep talking to the chat: change the length, the fit or the pockets, and the pattern is rebuilt.
What files do I get?
PDF pages to print at home on Letter or A4, SVG at true scale for a plotter or a copy shop, and DXF for pattern software in the AAMA, ASTM or modern dialect.
Is it free?
