4. How Your Personal Information is Collected
We collect most of this personal information directly from you, through the Website and by email if you write to us. We may also collect information:
- From a sign-in provider (Google or Facebook) when you choose to sign in with it, which shares your name, your email address and your profile picture with us;
- From cookies on our Website; and
- From the logs our servers keep of requests made to the Website.
You provide information to us when you fill in forms on our Website. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Website, when you write to us to report a problem, and everything you type or attach in the chat.
The Website has no public areas. Your chats, the measurements you enter, the images you attach and the patterns drafted for you are visible to you, and to our team as described in Section 6. They are not shown to other users.
Images You Attach to a Chat Message
The Website lets you attach photographs, images, sketches, and other visual content (collectively, "User-Uploaded Images") to a chat message, so that a pattern can be drafted from the design they show. We store User-Uploaded Images in our own database, together with the message you attached them to, because later turns of the same conversation and the chat page itself need them again. To read them, we transmit them to third-party model providers (Anthropic and OpenRouter) for processing. Those providers may temporarily store or cache User-Uploaded Images in accordance with their own data retention and privacy policies, which are outside our direct control. We encourage you to review their privacy policies. By attaching any image to the Website, you acknowledge and consent to this. If your User-Uploaded Images contain photographs or likenesses of identifiable individuals, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from such individuals for the upload, transmission, and processing of their images as described herein. How long we keep them is described in Section 9.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment and your requests, including:
- Details of your visits to our Website, including the addresses you request, the response we returned and how long it took.
- Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
We do not use these technologies for behavioral tracking. We do not follow your activity over time across other websites or online services, and we do not let anyone else do so through our Website.
The information we collect automatically helps us keep the Website running and improve it, including by enabling us to:
- Recognize you when you return to our Website, so that you stay signed in.
- Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
- Find and fix errors and abuse.
Cookies and Local Storage
A cookie is a small file placed on the device you browse with. We set only the cookies the Website needs in order to work: the cookie that keeps you signed in, and the cookies our sign-in process requires. We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not use web beacons or tracking pixels in our emails. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser, but if you do, you will not be able to sign in.
Your theme and the layout of the chat screen are remembered in your browser’s local storage. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
6. How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

- To notify you about changes to our Website or any products or services we offer or provide through it.
- To see where pattern drafting goes wrong and to fix it. Our team can read the chats stored in your account, including ones you have removed from your list, and we use them to improve how patterns are generated. We look at conversations for that reason only.
- In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
- For any other purpose with your consent.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not display advertisements on the Website, and we do not market other companies’ goods or services to you.

7. Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business. This includes the third-party model providers (Anthropic and OpenRouter) that process what you type and attach in the chat on our behalf in order to draft a pattern, and our hosting and transactional email providers. These providers may temporarily store or cache data in accordance with their own privacy policies and data retention practices. We require our service providers to protect personal information consistent with this Privacy Policy; however, we do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies for details regarding their data handling practices.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Aiclo Tech Ltd. about our Website users is among the assets transferred.
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
- With your consent.
We may also disclose your personal information:
- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
- To enforce or apply our Terms of Use or Terms of Sale and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aiclo Tech Ltd., our customers, or others.
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
8. Personal Information We Sold or Disclosed for a Business Purpose
We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. However, in order to draft patterns for you, we share what you type and attach in the chat (which may contain personal information, including photographs of identifiable individuals and your body measurements) with third-party model providers, currently Anthropic and OpenRouter, solely for processing purposes as described in Section 7 above. This sharing is performed for the business purpose of providing services to you and does not constitute a "sale" of personal information under the CCPA or other applicable privacy laws.
9. How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept
We will keep your personal information while you have an account with us or while we are providing products and/or services to you. Thereafter, we will keep your personal information for as long as is necessary:
- To respond to any questions, complaints or claims made by you or on your behalf;
- To show that we treated you fairly; or
- To keep records required by law.
We will not retain your personal information for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of personal information.
Your chats, the measurements you entered and the images you attached are stored in our database for as long as your account exists. Deleting a chat takes it out of your account: it leaves your list, its address stops working, and you cannot restore it. The conversation and its images stay in our database, where we use them to improve how patterns are generated, until you delete your account.
Deleting your account, which you can do yourself at https://aiclo.com/account, removes your profile and everything stored with it, including your chats, your measurements and your images.
The third-party model providers we transmit your messages and images to may retain, cache, or otherwise store them in accordance with their own data retention policies, which may differ from ours and which we do not control. If you wish to exercise rights regarding data held by those providers, consult their privacy policies directly or contact us for assistance in making such requests.
10. Transferring Your Personal Information Out of the EEA
To deliver services to you, it is sometimes necessary for us to share your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), e.g.:
- With your and our service providers located outside the EEA;
- If you are based outside the EEA; or
- Where there is an international dimension to the services we are providing to you.
The following countries to which we may transfer personal information have been assessed by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal information: Andorra, Argentina, Canada (commercial organisations), Faroe Islands, Guernsey, Israel, Isle of Man, Japan, Jersey, New Zealand, Republic of Korea, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States (commercial organisations participating in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), and Uruguay.
If you would like further information, please contact us.
In particular, what you type and attach in the chat is transmitted to third-party model providers (Anthropic and OpenRouter), whose servers may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions outside the EEA. Where personal data is transferred to a country that has not been assessed as providing an adequate level of protection, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
- Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
- Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
- Protection Against Discrimination
You have the right to not be discriminated against by us because you exercised any of your rights under the CCPA. This means we cannot, among other things:
- Deny goods or services to you;

- Provide a different level or quality of goods or services to you; or
- Suggest that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
14. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us:
Cookies
You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. The Website sets only the cookies it needs to sign you in and keep you signed in, so if you refuse them you will not be able to use your account.
